I'm an engineer who grew into operations — the path most people take in reverse. I've spent the last decade-and-a-half writing code, leading teams, talking to customers, and figuring out how to ship things that don't fall apart in production.
Today I run operations at Teros, where we embed strong engineering teams from Uruguay and Argentina into US startups. Before that I was Engineering Manager at XOPS, Technical Account Manager at Swell, and spent almost 4 formative years at Piio — going from Senior Engineer to Lead Customer Success Engineer, shipping real-time image optimization used in production by enterprise customers. In parallel, I co-founded Buni, a software studio I ran for 11 years.
I work best at the seam between engineering and the business — translating product vision into roadmaps, setting expectations with C-level stakeholders, and building the systems that let teams keep their pace as they grow.

Teros isn't a dev shop, and it's definitely not a "software agency." Most agencies sell hours — we focus on building teams that actually work, and stick.
We operate as the ops layer for remote engineering teams, helping startups go from early stage to hyper-growth with teams that feel in-house, not outsourced. Strong engineers from Uruguay & Argentina, embedded into US startups, with the right structure around them so things actually work long term.
My role is to make the system run end-to-end — from sourcing and evaluation to onboarding and full team integration.
